FAQ

What's the order/build process like?

Usually we have a discussion over some pictures, people tend to show me things they like, we agree upon a design, including specs of the club (loft/lie/weight/neck+offset), the finish, any detail milling, hammering, stamping are all determined. I then start by getting the head shaped, we share pictures throughout the process, letting the buyer steer the build and be a part of it the whole way through. It's inefficient, time consuming, and awesome. I love making things that people want to keep.

Why does it cost more than a Scotty Cameron?

Because they're built by the guy who's name is on the club, every step of the way. Scotty doesn't touch your putter, or if he does or say he does, he'd sell you a similar club for $3-8,000 on a Wednesday release. A production scotty is made by a guy making $20 an hour if he's lucky. My clubs are made on manual machinery from the '50s. By the time you do the hourly rate math, you'll see I am not making much money on them and they're a bargain compared to my competitors who are able to offer similar work.

What is the lead time?

From time of start to time of completion is 2-4 weeks depending on work load at that time, time to start varies on load as well.
